Media, Music and Art Guidelines

For anyone creating content for or about the Emanay Group, including team members, associates, partners and creators.

1. Music and media

1.1 Use only music, sound and media you are licensed to use for that platform and purpose, such as the platform’s licensed music library or tracks Emanay provides.

1.2 Do not use full songs, or unlicensed music, in Emanay videos, reels, stories or posts. Short clips are still subject to licence.

1.3 Do not use music or media in a way that suggests an artist or rights holder endorses the Emanay Group.

2. Emanay Art

2.1 Use only Emanay Art works that carry an EA catalogue number, exactly as we provide them.

2.2 Keep the credit line and EA number on every use, including crops and snippets.

2.3 Do not edit, recolour, combine or crop Emanay Art beyond the approved crops we provide.

2.4 Ownership, permitted sharing, licensing and enforcement for Emanay Art are set out in Part 21 — Emanay Art: Copyright and Collection Terms.

3. Third-party images and media

Use third-party photos, footage, fonts and graphics only with a licence that covers the use, and keep proof of the licence.

4. People and clients

Do not use photos, video or voices of clients or other identifiable people without their written consent, and our written approval for anything connected to a client.

5. Takedown

If we or a rights holder ask you to remove content that breaches these guidelines, remove it within 24 hours. To report content that infringes your rights, contact legal@emanay.io with the content, your rights and your contact details.
