Emanay Art: Copyright and Collection Terms
These terms apply to anyone who sees, receives or uses works from the Emanay Art collection, in any Emanay Product, post, channel, document, newsletter or print.
1. The collection and its ownership
1.1 Every work in the Emanay Art collection is identified by an EA catalogue number and recorded in the Emanay Art Registry.
1.2 Copyright in each work, in every crop, snippet, frame and version of it, and in the collection as a whole (its selection, arrangement and catalogue), belongs to Emanay Holdings LLC. Works carry the notice: “© 2026 Emanay. All Rights Reserved.”
2. What you may do
- View Emanay Art where we publish it.
- Share Emanay’s original posts using the platform’s own share or repost tools, with the credit, EA number and any watermark left intact.
3. What you may not do without a written licence
- copy, screenshot or download works for reuse;
- print, reproduce or sell works;
- modify works, crop them beyond the crops we provide, or create derivative works;
- remove, cover or alter the EA number, credit, watermark or embedded metadata;
- use works in advertising, branding, logos or merchandise;
- mint works, or tokens referring to them, as NFTs or other digital collectibles;
- use any work, or the collection, to train, fine-tune, evaluate or prompt any artificial intelligence model, or to generate look-alike works in the Emanay style.
4. Licensing and prints
4.1 Commercial and editorial licences, and physical prints, are available on request from legal@emanay.io.
4.2 Clients, partners and creators receive only the limited licence set out in their signed agreements, for the approved uses listed there, and must follow Part 11 (Media, Music and Art Guidelines).
5. Takedowns and enforcement
5.1 To report unauthorised use of Emanay Art, or if you believe content on an Emanay Product infringes your own copyright, send a notice to legal@emanay.io with: the work concerned; where the use appears (links); your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, with your signature.
5.2 We may request removal from platforms and hosts, send notices to infringers, and pursue all remedies available, including injunctions and damages.
6. Attribution and moral rights
Where the law gives authors rights of attribution or integrity, works must be credited as we specify and must not be distorted or altered in a way that harms their integrity. Team members, associates and partners who contribute to Emanay Art waive their own moral rights to the extent set out in their agreements (see Part 5).
