Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Small files a website stores in your browser, and similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and tracked links.
2. Cookies the OS uses
- Strictly necessary — sign-in sessions, security, fraud and bot prevention, load balancing, remembering forms in progress. Always on; the OS cannot work without them.
- Preferences — remembering settings such as filters, views and language.
- Analytics — understanding how the OS is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it. Used only with your consent where the law requires it.
- No advertising cookies. The OS does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing where the law requires.
3. Email
Some emails we send contain pixels or tracked links that tell us whether a message was opened or a link clicked, so we can manage communications and honour unsubscribe requests.
4. Your choices
You can manage non-essential cookies with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page and through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the OS from working.
