Monitoring and Activity Logging Notice
For team members and associates. Acknowledged at onboarding and shown again on first sign-in.
1. Why we monitor
Emanay works under strict confidentiality for its clients and bills and credits work from records. To protect clients, keep the OS secure, bill accurately and credit the right people, we monitor and log work done in the OS and on Emanay-provided systems.
2. What we log
- every action in the OS: sign-ins, views, edits, uploads, downloads, approvals, messages and tasks, with time, matter and whether a person or an AI Feature performed it;
- time spent on matters and in learning modules, including whether a module was open and active;
- Emanay email, calendar and messaging accounts;
- on Emanay-provided devices: device security status, installed software and use of Emanay systems;
- calls and meetings, only when every participant has been told and has agreed to recording or transcription (Florida Statutes section 934.03).
3. What we do not do
We do not monitor personal devices, personal accounts or personal communications, and we do not record calls without all-party consent.
4. How logs are used
Security and misuse investigations; client statements and proof of work; billing; attribution of origination, facilitation and closing work; compensation; quality review; and legal and regulatory compliance. Access to logs is limited to authorised people.
5. Your acknowledgement
By signing in, you acknowledge this notice and agree that you have no expectation of privacy in your use of Emanay systems, the OS or Emanay-provided devices, to the extent permitted by law.
