  • Emanay Realty is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage; licence details are available on request. Brokerage services, including business brokerage, are provided under its own brokerage agreements.
  • E-2 Program. The Emanay E-2 Program coordinates business and investment services for E-2 treaty-investor applicants. It is not legal or immigration advice; applicants should work with their own immigration counsel. Visa outcomes are decided solely by U.S. government authorities, and no outcome or timeline is guaranteed.
  • Emanay Capital does not offer or sell securities through the Emanay Products or its content. Any investment opportunity is offered only to eligible persons through formal offering documents and, where required, through appropriately licensed parties. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal.
  • Emanay Accounting provides bookkeeping, accounting and advisory services. It does not provide audit, review or other attest services, or act as a licensed CPA firm, unless expressly engaged in writing for those services.
