Emanay Community Standards
These standards apply in every Emanay channel where people talk to each other: Emanay Insiders and other broadcast channels, Slack client and partner channels, OS messages and portals, comments, and direct messages with Emanay accounts.
1. Respect and safety
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, intimidation or content that encourages violence or self-harm. Treat clients, partners and the Emanay team with respect.
2. Integrity
No spam, scams, fake accounts, impersonation, or misrepresenting who you are or who you work for. No soliciting or poaching Emanay clients, partners or team members, and no promoting competing services in Emanay channels.
3. Confidentiality
Do not share client information, deal information, documents, figures or anything learned in a confidential channel, inside or outside the channel where you learned it, unless you are authorised to.
4. Accuracy
No misleading claims about visas, immigration outcomes, investments, returns, deals or legal matters. Share general information only, and say so.
5. Intellectual property
Do not post content that infringes anyone’s copyright, trade marks or other rights, including Emanay IP.
6. Privacy
Do not post other people’s personal information, private messages, photos or contact details without their consent.
7. Enforcement
Depending on how serious a breach is, we may: (1) give a warning; (2) remove the content; (3) suspend posting or access; (4) remove the person from the channel, the community or the OS. Serious breaches, such as threats, fraud or leaking client information, may lead straight to removal and, where appropriate, reporting to the authorities or the affected client.
8. How to report
Report a breach to community@emanay.io or to your Emanay contact, with a link or screenshot. Do not engage with or forward the content. Urgent security or confidentiality issues go to legal@emanay.io.
