Client Relationship Summary
October 2026 · Emanay Inc. (dba Emanay Advisors) and the Emanay Group
Emanay Inc. is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser and is not a FINRA member broker-dealer. This summary is written in a familiar question-and-answer format to help you understand our services and how we are paid. It is not a regulatory filing. Free and simple tools to research firms and financial professionals are available at Investor.gov/CRS.
What services do you provide?
---
We provide transaction advisory services to owners, founders, investors and families: buying and selling businesses, raising and structuring capital, accounting and bookkeeping, real estate and business brokerage (through Emanay Realty), technology services, venture building, and coordination of business and investment services for E-2 treaty-investor applicants. We also run each client’s office in the Emanay OS. Our services and their scope are set in a written engagement letter with Emanay Inc. We do not manage investment portfolios, hold your securities, or provide legal or immigration advice. Ask us: Given my situation, which of your services fit me, and why? What will you not do for me?
What fees will I pay?
---
Fees are set in your engagement letter and may include: monthly or retainer fees; time-based fees; fixed project fees; success or transaction fees payable when a deal closes; and third-party costs we pay for you, re-billed at cost. AI usage connected to your engagement may appear as a technology line on your statement. Success fees mean we earn more when a transaction closes and when it is larger, which can create an incentive to encourage you to close. Ask us: Help me understand how these fees and costs will affect what I receive. What will I pay in total if my deal closes, and if it doesn’t?
How do your professionals make money?
---
Our team members are paid by Emanay. Associates (independent consultants) are paid a share of the fees on engagements they originate, facilitate or help close. Referral partners and creators may receive a referral fee or other benefit when someone they introduce engages us. These arrangements create conflicts of interest: someone may be motivated to recommend us, or to encourage a transaction, because they are paid when it happens. We disclose these relationships, require associates and partners to follow our code of ethics, and set fees in your engagement letter regardless of how you came to us. Ask us: How will the person I work with be paid if I engage you? Who referred me, and do they receive anything?
Do you or your professionals have legal or disciplinary history?
---
None. Ask us: As a professional, do you have any disciplinary history? For what type of conduct?
Who do I contact with concerns?
---
Your Emanay contact first, or legal@emanay.io and Emanay Inc., 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, Florida 33131. You can request a copy of this summary at any time. Ask us: Who is my primary contact? Are they a representative of an investment adviser or a broker-dealer? Who can I talk to if I have concerns about how this person is treating me?
