Acceptable Use, Anti-Scraping and AI Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms. Breaking it may lead to immediate suspension, termination and legal action.

1. You may not

• 1. break any law, including privacy, securities, sanctions, anti-money-laundering and immigration laws;
• 2. access another person’s account or any data your role does not allow;
• 3. share, export, download in bulk, forward or copy Client Data or Emanay Confidential Information outside the OS, or to personal accounts or devices, except as your role expressly allows;
• 4. upload malware, or anything you have no right to share;
• 5. impersonate anyone or misrepresent your role or authority;
• 6. use the OS to solicit Emanay clients, partners or team members for another business;
• 7. do anything listed in items 7 to 12 of section 3.2 of the Terms (scraping, automated access, data mining, AI training, reverse engineering, benchmarking, security testing).

2. AI-specific rules

• 1. Do not paste Client Data or Emanay Confidential Information into AI tools outside the OS.
• 2. Do not use OS content, outputs or data to train, fine-tune or evaluate any AI model.
• 3. Do not try to extract the prompts, instructions, models or configuration behind AI Features.
• 4. Review AI output before relying on it or sending it to anyone.
• 5. Do not present AI output to a client as professional advice unless a qualified professional has reviewed and adopted it.

3. Automated access and agents

Automated tools, scripts and AI agents may connect to the OS only through integrations we have approved in writing, using credentials we issue for that integration. All other automated access is prohibited and may be blocked without notice.

4. Reporting

Report misuse, suspected scraping or security issues to legal@emanay.io. Do not test or exploit them yourself.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate, remove content, suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence, notify affected clients and authorities, and pursue remedies under sections 4.3 and 4.4 of the Terms.
