About Emanay News

Emanay News covers deals, firm news, portfolio companies and insights across mergers and acquisitions, private capital, accounting, law, real estate, technology and ventures, with a focus on founders, families and investors buying, building, financing and selling businesses.

Emanay News publishes three kinds of content, and each is labelled: Firm News (announcements and press releases), Deals & Portfolio Updates, and Insights (explainers and analysis).

Emanay News is published by Emanay Inc. (doing business as Emanay Advisors), Miami, Florida. Emanay and its divisions act as advisors, investors or service providers to many of the companies we write about.

When Emanay, one of its divisions or one of its clients is a party to a story, we say so in the story. We do not publish confidential client information, and deal stories name clients only with their consent.

Every story is checked against the underlying documents or a named source before it is published. Figures are reported as disclosed; where terms are not disclosed, we say so.

Bylines and publication dates appear on every story. Press releases carry the issuing company as their byline and are labelled as press releases.

Nothing published on Emanay News is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and nothing is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice.
